One of the most picturesque autumn runs in Europe, the route runs along the Danube River and the city’s main sights. It is Hungary’s largest running event, encompassing a two-day sports festival and attracting tens of thousands of participants from all over the world. The course runs in a single loop through the very center of Budapest along both banks of the Danube. Runners cross iconic bridges and pass key UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Parliament Building, Buda Castle, and the Fisherman’s Bastion.
