The Frankfurt Marathon 2026 (officially known as the Mainova Frankfurt Marathon) is a prestigious annual international marathon (42.195 km) taking place in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on October 25, 2026. It is the country’s oldest city marathon, having been held since 1981.
The single-loop course runs past the futuristic skyscrapers of the banking district (earning Frankfurt the nickname «Mainhattan»), along the banks of the River Main, and through the city’s historic districts.
